Porcini mushrooms are considered one of the best flavored mushrooms available. Porcini is also available in whole form. Mix a few tablespoons of Porcini powder in a lb. of ground beef or turkey, or rub generously onto meats before grilling. Also a nice seasoning for soups and stews.
