Sausage Seasoning, Kielbasa

To make a classic Kielbasa sausage, use approximately 8 oz of seasoning per 10 lbs meat. Ingredients: Salt, mustard powder, dextrose, sugar, spices, garlic powder, extractives of paprika, silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
