Butter powder is pure spray-dried butter, used in many commercial applications. Large bakeries use this to give a shiny, butter glaze to breads and rolls. Bake butter powder into breads and rolls, or sprinkle on top. Adds a nice buttery flavor to poultry, and is particularly nice as a sprinkle for baked potatoes and popcorn.
