Andouille Sausage Seasoning. To make a classic Louisiana Andouille sausage (a spicy, flavorful pork sausage), use 6 oz seasoning per 10 lbs meat. Ingredients: Spices and paprika, salt, dehydrated onion and garlic, sugar. Spices Etc. carries only the best Andouille Sausage Seasoning.

This has very little flavor, only heat from the red pepper flakes. Nothing like Andouille flavor.

Love this seasoning. Do not use it to make sausage but it goes in alot of soups and sauces that contain pork, smoked sausage, or ground sausage.

We do not eat pork so I am using this with ground chevon and venison. Just finished my bottle and am so glad that Spices,etc. still carries it. Perhaps it is not 'authentic' - but we love it and it means that I/we can make another flavorful variety of ground sausage (we butcher and process our own meat),
