Apple Natural Flavoring is perfect to add more Apple flavor or to restore fresh apple flavor when making cobbler, pies, or for flavoring jelly or apple butter. Apple Flavoring is a nice addition to mint sauces and it is very concentrated, so use sparingly when baking or cooking with this flavoring.

I used Apple with a bit of Brown Sugar and a touch of Cinnamon Flavorings to make wonderful cookies. Unlike some of the flavorings, there is no need to restrain yourself when using Apple. It doesn't overwhelm.

I wouldn't make an apple crisp without this extract! Wakes up pre-season and post-season apples and even seems to make the spices zingier.Pie bakers, you HAVE to have this!

I tried the apple flavoring in Caramel Apple puppy chow-it was great! I will try it in cheesecake as well. Very high quality-always what I get from Spices Etc!

I made an apple flavored cream cheese frosting to top an apple walnut cake it was delicious! The frosting flavor was so unusual and refreshing. I did use about 3 tsp to achieve the flavor that I was looking for.
