Atlanta Burning was created in Georgia some twenty-five years ago as a home-brew recipe for spicy rib sauce. It got so popular that making it in a wash tub and giving it away in used baby food jars to friends and family wasn't cutting it anymore. Today, they make it legitimately and put it in real bottles with real labels and all. With more than twenty-six ingredients, this complex sauce is excellent on ribs, wings and a variety of other foods.
