Burgundy Wine Powder is perfect for when your recipe calls for small amounts of cooking wine, when you do not ahve burgundy wine handy, or do not feel like opening a bottle. Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to sauces, gravies, stir-frys, etc. Burgundy Wine Powder is also nice added to vinegar based salad dressings.

I use this product in a variety of ways. I use it in recipes, I add it to vinegars,use it in pickles, and have added it to my blueberry marmalade. The taste is true and I do recommend it.
