Burgundy Wine Powder is perfect for when your recipe calls for small amounts of cooking wine, when you do not ahve burgundy wine handy, or do not feel like opening a bottle. Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to sauces, gravies, stir-frys, etc. Burgundy Wine Powder is also nice added to vinegar based salad dressings.

I use this product in a variety of ways. I use it in recipes, I add it to vinegars,use it in pickles, and have added it to my blueberry marmalade. The taste is true and I do recommend it.

The wine powders are most pleasing and adding some while making gravy for a beef roast hit the spot! I also use it for seasoning a steak for the grill. Marvelous!!

Not drinkers in this house, but we DO use it for cooking. So many wonderful recipes that call for a little of this and that. This powder is great! Doesn't take up room in my pantry or fridge, and is just perfect for those times I use it! Thank you for selling this!

So far have only sprinkled it in a cmmercial tomato sauce, and it worked very well, fully as well as any ordinary (i.e., inexpensive) bottled wine.
