Dried vegetables are a convenient way to add color and flavor to a variety of foods. Easily rehydrated in warm water, these products are nice to have around when you need a veggie but not the hassle of storing and preparing the fresh version. Not only are these handy, they are delicious in casseroles and in soups, and since I can't drive anymore, I don't have to find someone to run me to the store. I love the dehydrated veges!
