Enjoy Without The Waste!

I purchased a gallon of these cauliflower florets as I LOVE cauliflower and am disabled, so it is difficult for me to get to the store. If I buy a fresh head of cauliflower, I end of throwing some of it away. Reconstituted, I put them in soup, though I REALLY like them in mashed potatoes. If you're a cauliflower lover like me, this is the way to go.
