Wine powders are pure wine, spray dried into a convenient powder form. They are easily rehydrated, perfect for when your recipe calls for small amounts of cooking wine. Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to sauces, gravies, stir-frys, etc. Also nice added to vinegar based salad dressings.

I purchased this seasons to add a new flavor to my vegetables. I used it with zucchini and squash and I will say it was the perfect flavor! I am looking forward to testing it on other vegetables.

This product is great for adding the wine flavor without having to open a bottle of wine.

I have tried 2 of your wine powders. Both are very flavorful and add a lot to a dish just by adding a dash.

Most recipes are constructed for four or more people. We are now only two. The wine powders allow us to enjoy recipes without having to purchase full bottles of wine.
