Cheddar Cheese Powder and dried cheeses are perfect for boosting flavor in sauces, as a topping for baked potatoes, or baked into breads. Cheddar Cheese Powder is also nice as a seasoning for snacks. Cheddar powder may be rehydrated into a sauce by adding warm water. Vary the water amount to control sauce thickness.

I like to top my popcorn with this cheddar cheese powder and add some to macaroni & cheese.

We're repeat customers of this particular cheddar cheese powder. We use it to make the best popcorn, spraying the popcorn first and adding the cheese. It's not too salty, so you can add more without overdoing it and making the popcorn inedible, like what happens with some grocery store cheese powders. I also like to add it to dishes that need a little fat and flavor added to the sauce. It's also great as a treat on veggies once in a while, made as a sauce.

I used the powder on popcorn and it tasted very good, because it was pure cheese with not salt added.
