Cilantro is the leaves of the plant which produces coriander seed. Cilantro Leaf has a fresh, almost minty flavor that is quite unlike any other herb. Use cilantro leaf in vegetable dishes, with fish and meat, or as a garnish. Cilantro leaf is also popular in salsas and chutneys and is quite common in Mexican dishes.

I love buying spices from here due to the large size quantiy you can purchase.Since I use a lot of cilantro it better than buying it a the grocery store.
