Pure coffee flavoring....love it! I add it with chocolate flavored desserts to give them a more intense chocolate/mocha flavor. And I also use it to make hot coffee flavored drinks....using other flavorings too.....like chocolate, mint, pumpkin spice, or toffee. Yum!
