Ground Garam Marsala is blend of ground spices used in Indian cooking. This blend is an all purpose blend and works great on fish, lamb or pork. Ingredients: Coriander, tellicherry black pepper, cardamom, cloves, mustard seed, cinnamon, cloves, ginger nutmeg, cumin and red pepper.
