Herbes de Provence, a classic French seasoning, is an aromatic blend used in stews and with fresh steamed vegetables. It is particularly good with green beans. Ingredients: Rosemary, thyme, savory, fennel seed, basil, tarragon and lavender.

I use this in soups, stews, on chicken and pork, and in almost everything savory. This is the best spice mix I have ever used.
