Jasmine Rice is fragrant and aromatic with a very soft and delicate flavor. Wonderful taste!
Place 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water in a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving. 1 cup dry yields 2.5-3 cups cooked.
