Wine powders are pure wine, spray dried into a convenient powder form. They are easily rehydrated, perfect for when your recipe calls for small amounts of cooking wine. Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to sauces, gravies, stir-frys, etc. Also nice added to vinegar based salad dressings.

I love this product. Cooking wines that are purchased in the super market's do not even compare to this wonderful wine powder. I use it in all my recipe's. The price is very reasonable and the flavor taste great.
