Spearmint is one of many mint varieties. They all share the same cool, refreshing, summery flavor and aroma of menthol, the oil that gives mint its classic flavor. Spearmint is widely used to flavor summer vegetables, fruit dishes and fruit salads, and to make tea. Mint is also popular in sauces for pork.

Fragrant fresh spearmint is the only way to cook my lamb. This spearmint is truly the best I have used.

I use the mint for brewing tea and sprinkling over vegatables. Adds a great flavor.
