Spinach Flakes are great to add flavor to dips, soups, pizzas, pastas and lasagna! Spinach is an excellent source of iron, calcium, and vitamins A and C.

Without the trouble of chopping & cooking fresh spinach, or squeezing the water out of frozen spinach. Just a sprinkle to scrambled eggs, in soups and many other dishes gives me the added punch of extra iron in my diet and a feeling that I'm doing something healthier for my family.

The dried Spinach flakes are great and add a lot to soups and omelettes.

I use this product daily, in spaghetti sauce, cheesey potato skins to scrambled eggs.
