Used for making classic Italian sausage. Use approximately 12 oz seasoning per 10 lbs meat. Note: for seasoning only, contains no curing agents. Ingredients: Salt, corn syrup solids, spices, dextrose, sugar, spice extractives, BHA 0.073%), propyl gallate 0.022%), citric acid, silica gel added to prevent caking.

Always the best Italian sausage seasoning whether you use ground pork or turkey. Tried others but Spices is tops. So glad it's back.
