Sweet Paprika Spice is used extensively in Hungarian cuisine, and Sweet Paprika is popular both for flavoring meats and vegetables and as a brilliant red garnish for cream sauces and egg dishes. Sweet Paprika is made from ground red peppers and is often blended with cayenne to create a hotter product. Supplies of Hungarian paprika are currently scarce, but paprika produced in Spain is equally flavorful.

I am so glad you finally have Spanish Paprika. I am aware that it is a temporary substitute for your Hungarian Paprika but I sincerely hope you keep it in stock. It is not hot or spicy at all but has a very pleasant mild and sweet flavor that embellishes many of my recipes.

Good for cooking!

I have never used paprika in my cooking until now -- except for my childhood days of sprinkling it on top of deviled eggs. I never knew it could add flavor to dishes. I used this paprika on top of chicken breast pieces, along with garlic powder, that were on my grill pan coated with coconut oil. So good! When I run out of my little bottle I'm going to buy more.
love it!

The freshest you can buy. Not bitter like some. I get nervous when I run low!

Adds a subtle, mildly sweet flavor to all of my dishes. Great in vinegar based slaw to add a little sweetness.
