This is beyond question the best jamaican jerk seasoning I have ever tried. You know how you buy commercial seasonings that say they're hot and spicy, then you take them home and try them and they're not really very hot and spicy at all. This is the exception. I rubbed this seasoning on a rack of babyback ribs, let it sit overnight in the fridge and cooked it on my big green egg the next day, and WOW!! This stuff is great! The seasoning is balanced and fresh,and the heat is not over done. I will be keeping a jar of this in my house from now on. If you truly like spicy food then you should try this. I don't think you'll be disappionted.

This is truly the best marinate jerk seasoning I've ever found. It clumps when speading, but I find that doesn't hold me back. So far I've used it on shrimp, chicken, and pork. And it's wonderful. I highly recommend this marinate.
