Use Worcestershire powder as a sprinkle for meats or to add flavor to marinades or stir-fry dishes. Use 1oz per cup of water to make Worcestershire sauce. Ingredients: Sugar, salt, vinegar flavor, modified food starch, dextrose, citric acid, caramel color, spices, spice extractives, silica gel to prevent caking.

I first started using Worcestershire powder almost 40 years ago. Then it was unavailable because the owner of the factory had passed away. I had to do without until I found your company. I will never be out again. This spice is good in so many recipes. I use this in soups and stews and when browning meats. I like to add it to my flour breading for chicken and steaks, makes them taste super and everyone wants to know what the secret is. Thank you for making this product.
