Granulated Lemon Peel, dried citrus peel is used commercially in flavored tea bags and in many seasoning blends, particularly for seafood. Dried lemon peel is useful in flavoring frostings, cookies and other baked goods. Use granulated lemon peel in place of "zest". Granulated lemon peel pieces are used to flavor tea and for potpourri.

Less "lemony" than expected. No substitute for freshly "zested" lemon peel.
