Sunrise Sausage and Eggs
Ingredients:

8 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, sliced

3/4 teaspoon Mustard, Ground

3/4 teaspoon Paprika, mild

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 cup Sour Cream
-
1 liter Hot sausage, cooked and drained

10 Eggs

8 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange cheese slices to cover the bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2" baking dish. Combine mustard, paprika, salt, pepper and sour cream. Spread half of mixture over cheese. Sprinkle evenly with crumbled sausage. break eggs on top of sausage. Spread remaining sour cream over eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs are firm.
