In a bowl scramble the eggs and whisk in the pepper & milk.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook scrambled eggs. Remove from heat while still "loose."
Layer prosciutto, tomato and eggs on toasted english muffin.
Top with Fumee de Sel salt and grated cheese. Quickly broil in oven to finsh cooking the eggs and melt the cheese.
Serve with breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit.
