Gingered Carrots
Ingredients:

2 Packages whole baby carrots

6 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
Directions:Cook carrots for 5 minutes in boiling water. Cool quickly and drain.
Melt butter and combine with sugar and ginger. Simmer carrots in butter mixture until they are cooked to desired temperature
Serves 6
