Saute a sliced onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add 5 cups sliced mushroom and 1/2 tsp Rosemary. Add 1/2 cup of dry white wine. Keeping heat on low, add 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 tsp cayenne powder. Serve over fettuccine. Add spicy sausage links or red pepper flakes instead of cayenne powder, for spicier meal. Add summer squash or tomato for color.
