Saute a diced yellow onion in 1/2 cup of melted margarine until soft. Add 1/2 cup flour and cook low, stirring 4 minutes. Slowly add 6 cups of warm milk. When thick, add 3 cups of chopped broccoli, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard and 1/2 cup beer. Simmer until broccoli is soft. Add 1 cup light cream and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Add 4 cups grated cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Serve warm!
