I've only tasted this with my thumb and not yet used it to cook with; it has a clove like flavor and meets the bill for what this spice is suppose to be tho' it appears a bit dry.

The Best!

I am a permanent returning customer. The vanilla flavor and the coconut flavor are second to none. Marvelous. And recently, I purchased the allspice seasoning. It's equally impressive. These ingredients add a wonderful fullness and "pop" to my baked goods. My customers are happy and so am I.

I'm glad I decided to order from Spices Etc. I haven't used this spice yet, but I can tell it is a quality product from the wonderful fragrance. The service was very good.
