I used two tablespoons for my chocolate truffle ganache, and it tastes great. Wish it were a little more concentrated, but the flavor is very good.

We have been looking for a butter pecan flavoring that would work well in syrup and for butter pecan waffles and pancakes. This is IT! Full flavor and everything tasted awesome. I can't wait to try it in other recipes.

A little definitely goes a long way! I used this to make my own coffee creamer at home. 2 bottle caps full was enough to give exceptional flavor to a whole 28 ounce container. I will definitely be ordering this again when I run out!!!
