If you do Chicken, Fish, Onion Rings or anything else that you want to soak in Buttermilk, this stuff is incredible. Mix as much as you need just for that application and nothing goes to waste. I was so so so happy to find this. I Love It.....

Always useful to have on hand when needed in baking. When you don't drink it it's hard to keep fresh while having the powder you can have buttermilk instantly..It's a wonderful product..
