Cheddar Cheese Powder and dried cheeses are perfect for boosting flavor in sauces, as a topping for baked potatoes, or baked into breads. Cheddar Cheese Powder is also nice as a seasoning for snacks, especially popcorn. Cheddar powder may be rehydrated into a sauce by adding warm water. Vary the water amount to control sauce thickness.

I like to top my popcorn with this cheddar cheese powder and add some to macaroni & cheese.

We're repeat customers of this particular cheddar cheese powder. We use it to make the best popcorn, spraying the popcorn first and adding the cheese. It's not too salty, so you can add more without overdoing it and making the popcorn inedible, like what happens with some grocery store cheese powders. I also like to add it to dishes that need a little fat and flavor added to the sauce. It's also great as a treat on veggies once in a while, made as a sauce.

Being a cheese connoisseur, I can tell you that this cheese powder is BY FAR THE BEST out there. I have been ordering it for years and use it on popcorn and anything else I can find. It is pure cheese, no fillers. I have tried many other brands and versions and not one can compare to this. Most others contain fillers that cause the "cheese" to burn when cooking it, or tastes like salt with a little cheese flavor. Not this stuff, IT IS THE BEST!

I bought the white cheddar powder initially as a topping for popcorn, but have found that a tablespoon or two adds body, flavor, and richness to soups and sauces. The best thing about it is that it tastes like cheddar cheese! (not salt)

My husband will eat broccoli and cauliflower if I serve it with cheese sauce. Nothing could be easier than mixing a quarter cup of dried cheddar and a tablespoon or two of hot water! I add dried cheddar to cheesy casseroles, as well. Use grated cheese for the texture and dried cheese for the flavor. This is one of my kitchen essentials.
