It's great for grilled foods

As soon as you sprinkle on your meat it absorbs in to the meat. Youu don't have to worry about it being salty like other seasonings.

Used this this past weekend. Great stuff! I use liquid smoke with a lot of BBQ items, and always with kahlua pig. Was out of the liquid, so used this. Was actually great as you could rub it in a little. Another wonderful "powder" to have on hand!
