This is the key ingredient in my Mom's crab dip. Gives it a little kick and different flavor. Was so glad to find a source as it's hard to find. I only bought a new bottle because the old one was probably four years old - still okay but not quite as potent.

This goes into a crab dip, and there's no other flavoring that could replace it. Gives just the right amount of heat.

This is an easy way to add the flavor of horseradish to your dishes or to prepare an excellent horseradish dip. The powder sure beats buying (or creating) the ground horseradish root.
