Lavender is used primarily as a seasoning for sweet dishes and is an ingredient in Herbes de Provence. It makes an attractive garnish for light colored sauces.

Lovely Lemonade

I purchase the Lavendar to make Lavendar Lemonade. It's has a lovely flavor, pretty hue, and is so relaxing. Because the Lavendar essence is ingested, you have to be careful that you purchase 'food grade' product. I always trust Spices, Etc. for the best.
