Does anyone know the Sodium content In this? I cannot have salt, if so , very very little. Thank you!! I have not bought this yet so I will give this a 2 star for now!

The soup mix has no salt or chemicals, and that mix is not easy to find. Thanks for providing a healthy alternative to dry soup mixes.

Great for dips! 1 cup sour cream 2 tbs mayo 1 tbs chicken bouillon 1/4 cup dried veggies. Mix and refrige for 1 hour.

A bit on the sweet side-too high a proportion of carrots. I'm looking for emergency/camping supplies. I tried it with just water, dried beef jerky, and a bit of beef bouillon. Next time I will add some barley, which has a similar cooking time. More experimentation is needed to come up with the proper blend. It's a good place to start.

Makes an excellent stock when boiled then simmered about 2-1/2 hrs. A plus for beef stew. Add the diced dried potatoes and simmer a bit for a real hearty beef stew.

Works very well in soup, adds a lot of flavor. Pleased that all veg. flavors were distinct. Will admit that I'm addicted to this stuff & will eat it directly out of the container as a snack

I wouldn't be without cannisters of these veggies. It's great being able to make either a cup of soup or a pot of it and not have to run to the store to buy what I need. It's all right there in one cannister..Living in the country and snowy winters these have been so handy..

I have tried other dried vegetable blends and keep coming back to Spices, etc. The quality of their vegetable and combination of the spices is unbeatable. Not only is it perfect in soups, but we also use it to enhance some meat and vegetable dishes.

Excellent for quick dishes,

Add 1 cup soup mix to 1-2 quarts liquid water or stock). Add meat if desired, season to taste, simmer about 1/2 hour or until all veggies rehydrate. Rehydration ratio - 1:5
Carrots, potatoes, cabbage, peas, green beans, celery, bell pepper, onion, tomato, parsley.
