Mixed Vegetables for Soup Ingredients: Carrots, potatoes, cabbage, peas, green beans, celery, bell pepper, onion, tomato, parsley. Add 1 cup soup mix to 1-2 quarts liquid water or stock). Add meat if desired, season to taste, simmer about 1/2 hour or until all veggies rehydrate.
