This is my favorite poultry seasoning, and I use it directly on chicken and in sauces, rice dishes and dressing. Just the right amount of flavor!

Spice blends can be iffy for two reasons. The first is the blend simply is not very good. The second is the blend can mysteriously change flavor from one container to another. Neither of these are a problem with this blend. It's got good consistent flavor! You can't ask for more than that.
