I haven't been to the store for a month so ordered these onions as I didn't have fresh. They worked very well and are much easier than chopping fresh.

Chopped onions I use as a convenience especially when I am in a hurry.they are just as fresh as the ones I chop, sometimes I add them to the cooking if not quite sure. Always am satisfied with all there products.

always using it

I use this in any recipe that uses chopped onion. I follow the rule of about 1/3 of the amount of onion needed and soak it in water to soften the onion. I buy it in a large container because I use to much of it.
