The spinach flakes are a wonderful addition to almost any soup. Although they seem to fade in the container over time, they brighten up again in recipes. I always keep a large supply on hand.

So easy now!

Without the trouble of chopping & cooking fresh spinach, or squeezing the water out of frozen spinach. Just a sprinkle to scrambled eggs, in soups and many other dishes gives me the added punch of extra iron in my diet and a feeling that I'm doing something healthier for my family.
