Beef Soup Base and Food Seasoning. Spices Etc. Beef Soup Base is rich in flavor and makes an excellent spice. For gravy, melt 4 Tbsp of butter or shortening. Add 2 Tbsp flour, stirring until smooth. Slowly add hot stock, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 minutes and enjoy! For a seasoning add straight from the jar and enhance stuffing's, casseroles, sauces, cream soups, eggs, stir fry or add to pasta and beans.
Ingredients: oven roasted beef with natural juices, salt, maltodextrin (from corn), sugar, yeast extract, onion powder, caramel color, corn oil, natural flavoring.

Suggested directions: 1 teaspoon of stock base with 1 cup of boiling water for a rich instant broth or stock, stirring until dissolved. For larger amounts, combine 4 oz. with 5 quarts of boiling water or 1 lb. with 5 gallons of boiling water.
Refrigerate after opening for best flavor. Keep lid tightly closed between uses.
