Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 cup Skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon Single Fold Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Allspice, Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2/3 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions:

Beat 2 egg whites, 2 cups skim milk, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp Margarine. Separately combine 3 cups flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, 4 tsp baking powder. Mix this and 2/3 cup chopped walnuts in the milk mixture. Place in a greased bread pan and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
