Cinnamon Toasted Pecans
Ingredients:

1 cup Pecan halves

1 tablespoon Melted Butter or Margarine

1/4 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
Directions:Place pecans in the melted butter and coat well. Combine the sugar and ground cinnamon in a bag. Then add the pecans to the mixture and shake well until all the pecans are coated well. Toast the pecans on a cookie sheet at 250 degrees in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
Serves 4 as a snack.
