Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried scallion flakes

Directions:

Yield: 2 1/2 cups (cooked)

Mix ingredients and put in plastic bag. Keep airtight.

Suggested Use

To cook, combine rice mixture with 2 cups cold water and 1 tablespoon butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring once with a fork. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 14 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
