Smoked Salmon Dill Spread
Ingredients:
- 2 each 8 ounce cream cheese- softened
- 12 ounce smoked salmon, chopped fine
- 3 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 3 each drops hot sauce- optional
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 each fresh dill weed- if desired
- 12 each slice cocktail rye bread
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until it is no longer in a hard form. Add salmon, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, dill and onion; mix well.
Spread 1-2 teaspoons cheese mixture on each cracker or bread slice. Top fresh dill weed sprig, if desired.
