Roasted Vidalia (TM) Onions
Ingredients:

2 each Vidalia(TM) Onions

2 tablespoon Butter, Salted

2 each Beef bouillon, cubes
-
2 dash Granulated Salt
-
2 dash Black Pepper Fine
-
2 dash Ground Paprika
-
1 each Aluminum Foil Roll
Directions:1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Peel and core onions and then cut the onions in half, all the way through. Wrap onion in aluminum foil that is large enough to wrap around the onion, completely.
3. Place bouillon cube in the center of the onions, then place a pat of butter on top of cube.
4. Season the onions with a dash of salt, pepper and paprika.
5. Wrap the onions in foil- bunch the foil at the top, not allow any juices to flow out.
6. Roast the onions in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
7. Allow onion to cool, then open aluminum foil and place onion along side your meal of choice.
