Cajun Chicken Delight
Ingredients:
Directions:Rinse and pat dry 8 chicken thighs without skin. In a blender beat 1/2 tsp of caraway seed, 1.2 tsp cayenne, 3/4 tsp coriander, 3/4 tsp cumin, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp of thyme, 1 1/2 tsp mustard powder, 4 Tbsp dry white wine and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Coat chicken, then place it in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
