Mushroom Pasta & Sauce
Ingredients:

1 Onion, Sliced thinly

2 Minced Cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

5 cup Sliced Mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon Rosemary, Whole

1/2 cup Dry white wine

1 cup Sour Cream
-
1 cup Yogurt- use fat free for healthy sub

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Powder

Fettuccine Noodles
Directions:Saute a sliced onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add 5 cups sliced mushroom and 1/2 tsp Rosemary. Add 1/2 cup of dry white wine. Keeping heat on low, add 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 tsp cayenne powder. Serve over fettuccine. Add spicy sausage links or red pepper flakes instead of cayenne powder, for spicier meal. Add summer squash or tomato for color.
