Mixed Vegetables for Soup Ingredients: Carrots, potatoes, cabbage, peas, green beans, celery, bell pepper, onion, tomato, parsley. Add 1 cup soup mix to 1-2 quarts liquid water or stock). Add meat if desired, season to taste, simmer about 1/2 hour or until all veggies rehydrate.

I have tried other dried vegetable blends and keep coming back to Spices, etc. The quality of their vegetable and combination of the spices is unbeatable. Not only is it perfect in soups, but we also use it to enhance some meat and vegetable dishes.

I wouldn't be without cannisters of these veggies. It's great being able to make either a cup of soup or a pot of it and not have to run to the store to buy what I need. It's all right there in one cannister..Living in the country and snowy winters these have been so handy..

Works very well in soup, adds a lot of flavor. Pleased that all veg. flavors were distinct. Will admit that I'm addicted to this stuff & will eat it directly out of the container as a snack

Makes an excellent stock when boiled then simmered about 2-1/2 hrs. A plus for beef stew. Add the diced dried potatoes and simmer a bit for a real hearty beef stew.
